Follow a simple step-by-step process to place an order request:

• Register free of charge to open an account with us.
• TOP-UP your account using our unique Boombeene credit scratch cards which are available from selected shops in Kurdistan. See where you can purchase a Boombeene card near you.
• Place an order from your online account: Copy the link of the URL where the item is placed onto the order form; add item description, quantity and price details.

After you submit your request, we confirm your order via email and soon after we should be able to confirm the total costs, including shipping of your purchase order and your order trucking number. Your Boombene account is then billed. Any remaining credit should remain in your account and can be used towards your next purchase. However, should there not be enough credit, we will request to top-up your account. We cannot process the order unless there’s enough credit in your account. Once the merchandise arrives at our distribution center, it will appear in your Inbox and be available for shipment to you as usual.
